politics=bollocks
this just in from the nation’s capitol!
yes, a trip to washington dc to visit darien. most everyone knows i am one of the least political persons ever. suffice to say, i did not go to dc in order to learn about the political inner-workings of this nation, nor did i go in order to learn about the history, mostly i went to watch columbian soap operas and walk around and eat. so yeah, that’s me and my nation’s capitol! tres patriotic, no?
i did wear blue on the 4th.
anyway, whenever i see the washington monument all i can think of is how it’s just our national penis. i do have a friend who told me that she things manhattan looks like a penis, though, “the penis of the world”.
now, i am not a fan of politics or anything really related, except maybe a song or two, and this song is undeniably sweet. swingin. hot. as laissez faire (i did learn a thing or two in us history) of a gal i am when it comes to political messages, i can’t not love this song. believe me, i’m not endorsing the message or denying it either, i’m just voting for the groove, man.
oh yeah. i moved!
